Welcome to Above (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our iOS lifestyle app, Above (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s proper working or security.

• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the App beyond what is allowed under applicable law.

2. In-App Purchases

Above offers optional in-app purchases, including a Pro subscription plan.

• All purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store and managed through RevenueCat.

• Prices and billing terms are as displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including design, text, graphics, logos, and code) is owned by Above or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Above shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or related services in the past 12 months.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
